Pulled from a song of the same name by the 70's pop group 'Brotherhood of Man' just to be isle of Mann punny and national unity is very much a very British theme for a lack of a actual United Kingdom presented in the game. Encourages people to play on the balkanised british isles and pursue different ideagroup strategies with this region as to take advantage of events that can occur in Great Britain and their eventual tree mission-plan.

I have an idea for achievement myself.

"Seven culture army" - As Wichita have seven vassals with 7 different cultures other than yours and each of them.
That's my idea. I hope you'll like it and also hope you'll make achievement for Bulgaria some day.

Monk! I need a Monk! : As Byzantium reestablish the Theme System, and have eight missionaries.
Ahh! Being rushed! : Win a war by December 31st 1445.
All Hail King of the Losers! : Force vassalize an empire while you are a duchy.
My Granny Could Scrap Better Than That. : Win a battle in which you are outnumbered by two to one or greater without a general while the enemy has a general.
Quit Touching Me! : Win a battle immediately after having retreated from a defeat.
You Played Two Hours to Die Like This? : As the Ottomans conquer Byzantium and then release Byzantium as a vassal and play as them and fully annex the Ottomans.
Yeah, well, You Should See the Other Guy. : Lose a war while inflicting twice as many casualties on the enemy as you received.
Build a Wonder. : Build all available buildings, including coastal buildings, in a province and at least one manufactory.

Harald would be proud/ Viking legacy: As Denmark, Norway or Sweden own the Scandinavia area, Northern Germany, England, Scotland, Iceland, Greenland, Canada (Vinland), Baltic area, Novgorod starting area and Normandy.
Heil Hanukkah/ No Third Reich: Have the entire german culture group be jewish.
Napoleon Nonaparte: As a german nation own all french provences or divide it into vassals territory.
FOR FREEEEEEDOM/ William Wallace's legacy: As Scotland own the Britain and have them have the Scottish culture (and maybe the british empire or have no vassals in the world)

Legacy of the Caliph: As Hejaz own all the provinces in Arabia, Egypt, Persia, Maghred and Mashriq.

This is inspired by the Umayyad Caliphate which controlled all this regions, and also part of Spain (Andalucia, Toledo, Valencia, Catalogna, southern part of Leon and southern par of Portugal) they also controlled Cyprus, and also part of the ingame region known as Khorosan.

We can have some more challenging Japanese achievements, the current ones are too easy imo.

True Horsemasters - As Takeda, have atleast 50% cavalry combat ability and own or have a subject own Far East, China, Tartary, Eastern Europe, Persia and Near-East super regions.
Isolationism - Become the number one greatest power without expanding further then the Japanese region, as Japan.
Unification under the emperor - Start as a Japanese Daimyo, unite the Japanese culture group by 1454.

Conscripted!: Have a land force limit of 100 or more while owning 10 or less provinces.
Playing with the Big Kids: Become a Great Power while owning less than 20 provinces.
Birthplace of Civilization: Own two institution origin provinces that are in the same state.
All It Took Was a Tin of Spinach: Starting as a one province minor in the HRE, dismantle the empire.
Crowded House: Have 10 buildings constructed in one province.
Golden State: Have 150 development in a single state.
