I would like to please request an option in the defines.lua to disable restrictions behind disbanding units, so you can always disband units regardless of situation(enemy nearby, not in friendly territory, etc).

As to why I want this, I wanted to play EUIV battles in Total War, then delete whichever side lost using console tag + disband. I made up my own little system and when I went to finally put it into practice, I discovered there's alot of restrictions which makes this pretty much impossible. I asked about it on the discord and steam forums, to which I was directed to defines.lua. If it wasn't there, then it currently wasn't possible to change. Please consider adding this option to the defines.lua, thank you.
