Oh, and the thing about the cross-border healthcare... When you say that Canadians run across the border to American states for healthcare... you're missing the point. Canadians will occasionally go cross-border for specialized (sp?) healthcare like MRI's etc. to avoid the lineups associated with free healthcare (I mean, its like giving away any other free swag... every Tom, Dick, and Neufie is gonna get in line for free stuff right? I mean, did anyone see the lineups outside of Best Buy?). Other then that, most Canadians choose to stay where its easiest to be treated.
Ummm... I guess this may be getting OT... so ummm... What is the ummmmmmmm.... historical significance of uhhh... beach landings vs. airborne assaults around ohh.. lets say.... Crete? And how does this apply to HOI, in regards to....... ummm... multiplayer pausing?

People I said "Man socialism must suck" because I knew it would spark an argument-and it did 
Anyway, my view on Socialism is this, Be a Commie or a Capitalist, no in-between. Socialism doesn't seem to work because it allows capitalism. Capitalism destroyed the USSR and eventually Europe and Canada will have to choose either Communism or Capitalism.
To the person who said that the US is Fascist, I agree, Security of the State will soon out weigh our basic rights. Now suspects are held in solitary confinement and their lawyers cant even get to them (a man here who ran an islamic charity is the best example). One man who was going to commit a terrorist act here in CHicago who is a US citizen and has the right of the constitution has been denied that right. As his lawyer doesn't even know where is is being held. We will certainly be Fascist soon, and if Bush was a Democrat the Conservatives and Republicans would agree with me.

Socialism does suck. Take a look at North Korea, former Soviet Union, Cuba, &c &c. In EVERY country where communists ruled the results were catastrophic. Oppression, murder, poverty and pollution. And please don't say something like "they weren't real socialists". They called themselves socialists. Their enemies in the west called them socialists and their friends in the west called them socialists. Everyone agreed that they were socialists. But when communism collapsed in the SU and eastern Europe and the European commies could no longer deny that their system was crap they suddenly decided that no, they weren't socialists. How convenient. Socialism has never worked and will never work and that is a fact.

No communism worked while it lasted, Russia want from a weak industrial nation to #2 in industry. Cuban communism works fine, they are poor but they have a great educational system and the best health care in Latin America, put a republic in a similar situation and they don't fare well at all, or have the same success.
North Korea isn't really communism, the technical term is "Authoritarian Socialism" a 1 man dictatorship. Communism was never intended to be oppressive but it turns out to be I suppose. Communism doctrine does guarantee a Republican form of government. In China for example their Congress is elected by vote. People say Communism hasn't worked, in some areas it has though, education, production ect..
Actually, the libertarian left in general has been ranting about how the soviet system was not socialism since even before the russian revolution. Bakunin comes to mind, though there are a great many others.
Well, I went to my local EB today, flopped down 20 bucks for a deposit, and it will be there at about 1:00 pm on the 26th.
The store I go to gets their games the same day that the website lists as a release date. Not just this game but every game I have ever bought from them.
Other stores may be different, but the one I go to is like this. Hope this helps you sort things out.

If the game is out on the 26th, I shall be a happy camper. Or at least a camper who is happier than his current condition.
An EB in Chicago says they will have it available on the 26th. Additionally, they stated they usually receive the new releases the day before the ship date but can not offer them for sale until actual ship date arrives. Enjoy the game and work on the excuses to leave thanks giving celebrations a bit early now.
Well, if a retail store said it will be released on schedule then I guess we can all stop worrying.
www.ebworld.com says the game is shipping today, it it possible that it will be in the shelves today?

If I know EB's system well enough, the publisher ships all the games to EB's central warehouse and then EB ships the games to the individual stores.
Maybe a few stores nearby the warehouse would get it today, but I think that I won't be playing HoI until the 26th at the earliest.
