We just got a Best Buy. They've never heard of HOI. I used to have a CompUSA, but they were idiots. There's not one here, though.

don't even try those stores, Hoi! is not age of empires so they won't be pushing to have it on the shelves in the first few days it's out even if they have already ordered copies.
Best bet is Gamestop or EB if you want the game as soon as it's released:D

But anyways, before BiB tosses the thread into the bowels of OT...

Aim for EB or Gamespot. I'm sure someone here on the boards will find out where it's out first, and everyone will flock to that store to get their copy. ;)

that is one reason why i come here everyday to see what ppl from east say if eb or gamespot or any other place has it ready sell

I'm still going to try for Circuit City and Best Buy. If neither one of them has it, I'll just order it online. I'll have to wait an extra day to get it, though. :( Luckily, I don't teach classes on Tuesday! I'll set my alarm, go work out, drive to the store (while eating breakfast and being careful not to get anything on my leather seats), buy the game, come back home, and sit here until my 9:00 class on Wednesday. Of course, if it's not there, I'll come home and gripe out it on the boards. Then I'll drive to San Antonio or Austin to get it.

Dunno if you are in the toronto area, but i've never had the slightest problem buying any of paradox's titles here. Eu2 arrived in my local EB the day after stratagy first shipped it, and EU1 was in stores pretty early too. Heck, EU2 is still really easy to find. My cousins in Montréal say the same for there.
