Not sure if these changes have been mentioned yet:
1. Support Attacking. I don't know whether or not it's something that automatically happens, eliminated, or done different... but I'd like to not have to march on a province to do it.
2. Alliance "power ups" , seriously? The Commie free trade agreements is something that should be an ability of any nation. Also, if I want to trade metal for energy or something I should, I don't see the logic of HAVING to trade with money instead.
3. I can't declare war due to a high neutrality? As a complete authoritarian state? Are you joking?
4. Moving toward another government type is the biggest pain in the rear I've ever seen. It was hard in hoi2, but now it takes half the game to even move an equivalent slider amount in 3. It's a great attempt, but it's ridiculous.
5. The tutorial, while very creative and mildly amusing... doesn't get to the point. I don't want to hear a story of some goofy guy, people want information... and information in the tutorial is SURPRISING sparse for a game that should be more "user friendly" (even though I've played enough hoi2 to take over Russia as Luxembourg.

)
Pros (Good things, yay!)
1. The map, it's beautify, it's pretty, it's good. Unnecessary, but good.
2. Overall graphic appeal, excellent. UI looks great, organization is good.
3. New Intelligence/Diplomacy/Etc tools, well developed in many respects.
I pre-purchased this game, the first game in my entire life I pre-purchased because I KNEW Paradox would make it awesome. Needless to say I was horribly disappointed that the game was released in such a condition. Such a condition that it is literally impossible that your 30+ beta testers could not have realized how jackified this game was compared to how it should have been and how it was compared to HOI2 (which rocks).
Now, I didn't come here to bash you guys, I love your company, I love your games (specifically hoi2), but this lets me down. I don't care what kind of excuse other people have... like your track record of doing this, and that I should have expected half a game on release. It's unprofessional, imo.
I KNOW you guys are working your hardest to fix it, I know you are. I am just frustrated. I know you guys will fix most of the issues, too.
I just wanted to vent my frustration, I hope you understand.
EDIT: When 1.2 is released, please give it to Valve so they can put it on Steam. I don't want my Steam version getting screwed up, if possible. I know that Paradox neglected to update HOI2 on Steam, as well (one of the expansions, at least).
