The 1.05d hotfix has deleted my .exe

I already wrote in the patch thread but I'll write in here that I've got the same problem.

Yes you will have to because if you have the Steam version then verifying the game cache doesn't add it back either. Normally that will add in any missing files.

I re-installed already and the exe isn't included, so we have to wait until Steam fix it.

Got the same problem here, 1.05d is not starting on Steam.

Some people had this problem in some earlier patch. It happened to me just copied the older version copy that I have back to steam folder and verified the cache and now I have the exe's and dll's in the folder again.

My CK II is updating on Steam so I assume this is it.

I restarted steam and it seems to be making a larger download...
