I started my game with a custom nation (Groningen) with only 10 development. Before reformation starts my country is the most powerful nation in the world... :) Thanks to the Burgundian Inheritance. in 1492/3. After the event I got another event that integrated the former Burgundian countries for free. Only problem was the governing capacity. But by getting 100 points from each of the classes I could manage. It was not pure luck as I invested a lot in good relations with Burgundy. Even raising trust (for realism, but I am not sure if it matters really). I was lucky that Burgundy also had a PU over Pommern. So that I got for free too.

Only (big) problem is France having a PU over Castille. Looking for the best timing to end that PU.
