[TfV] Missing localization USA.GetNameDef for US/Canada research group

Playing as Canada, I just finished the 'Refuge for Scientists' focus, which creates the 'US Research" group. Mousing over the relevant icon on the research panel reveals a localization issue.

Mods: Only the coloured buttons mod.Otherwise playing Ironman (achievements are enabled.)
