Text Issues

Someone told me it would be best to repost this here so I did just that.
To make a long story short I was making some custom countries in Vicky 2 and while it was going well at first, a day or two after that I began playing and well the following images should explain my dilemma:

So if anybody has any ideas on what could have caused this I would appreciate the assistance.
