Can EUIII be thoroughly tested, and for testers to (on purpose) look for exploits in the game engine so it is fixed, because it will be a great honour if this game only stays at 1.0 and doesn't need an update.

Hmm, unlikely. Other games had been thoroughly beta-tested and still needed patches after going gold. Witness the Warcraft III abomination with its 30+ patches (counting a,b,c versions of patches, such as 1.24a, 1.24b etc.).
