Testing the peace

Thought I'd test out the peace by playing as USSR and using the occupation of the Rhineland as a trigger to start justifying invasion of Poland.
Can't remember the invasion date. Fought through the 36 / 37 Winter and Poland capitulated April 37:

• Took the provinces on which Belarus and Ukraine have historical claim
• Took also the province that Lithuania has a claim on (could have given that away ?)
• Liberated Silesia and Kashubia to avoid giving AH an excuse to start a war
• Poland a Communist Puppet

AH did Anschluss, Sudetenland and Memel. Didn't invade the rest of Czechoslovakia and went straight to war in the West in 1939. Now plotting coups in East Prussia and Kashubia

Might re-run the peace and not liberate the two little German states; see what happens.

Have re-run; took Belarus and Ukraine provinces, liberated Wilno to Lithuania, rest of Poland now a Socialist Republic protected by the army of the USSR. (April 1937)

Germany performed Anschluss and took Czech territory creating Slovakia. Declared war on USSR and Poland on schedule in 1939. Russia overstretched; not a good plan.

Does creating Kashubia derail Germany, there being no focus for absorbing Kashubia if it exists instead of Polish Danzig ?
