Actually I didn't fail in diplomatic regards at all. I decided to martyr Austria at that point because if everyone jumped in that was clamoring to jump in it most likely would have returned to the status quo and you would have just waited to hit Austria again. Simply easier to have it all over and done with and maintain that you are a useless gangbanger and show everyone else that you are a threat to everyone and someone that cannot be trusted (in-game).

You had no allies, you had wretched diplomacy with BB and France, you stepped over the Rhine without the means to defend yourself and you refused to get out of a war with white peace to fight France.

I invaded when the time was right for me. In the log, it's clearly stated-I told Pibe not to give up territory because I'd be attacking anyway. It didn't matter that you were already at war. I certainly wasn't going to sit on land nine until it was convenient for you.
And to make this relevant to ToT again-Austria invaded Russia specifically to "save" the OE from... Its own advantage, I guess. France just invaded Austria because the Archduke was crazy enough to cross the Rhine before 1500 with no allies, no army, no land tech. Nothing.

I can't imagine he won't sign... The rest of the world, apart from BB and possibly England, wants to see the Russo-Ottoman war remain the Russo-Ottoman war and not become the Crimean.

The Russian-OE war is over. OE has no choice but to cede Daghestan to Russia at this point in time. I guess we will just handle it in-game so I can get the 2 BB point reduction for losing a COT.

I couldn't find a post on this. What is that about? Remember Austria already peaced Russia.
