I know Paradox goes out of there way to make sure no black marks of WWII can be recreated in the game but I find that one thing in Particular is exactly that

The A-Bomb is a weapon that I think is classified as the ultimate weapon for terror bombing

they do a good job at showing the Strategic Bombing as only being damaging to industrial targets, but the A-Bomb kills the Manpower the provence is made up of, and last time I checked armies use Civilians to raise Manpower.

So im just curious as to why a weapon that was used on 2 Densely populated Cities where the civilians suffered the most is not considered a weapon of terror bombing?

what does everyone else think of it?

im not trying to say anything other then A-Bomb is a weapon of Terror Bombing and should by Paradox's rules not be allowed.

I guess you are probably right there, but the nukes in Vanilla Hoi2 were just overpowered. The A-Bombs in DD try to simulate the real affect, like the reduced manpower ratio. The use of A-Bombs is also debatable, as civilian losses may not be intended, so-called collateral damage, or real weapons of mass destruction.

Nowadays we would use strategic Atomic Bombs, whereas the early ones were pure weapons of mass destruction. I'd say they are as 'illegal' as terrorbombing, but without them Hoi2 would be an incomplete game.

It is really hard to tell what should be included and what not.
