I'm guessing this is the most appropriate place to post this petty request of mine.
It's always bothered me that the provinces of Asturias, Cantabria, and Vizcaya are classified as plains, being a local. The most appropriate terrain for these three provinces would be 'Highlands' I believe. Cantabrian people are known in Spain as 'Montañeses', which basically translates to 'Highlanders' or 'mountain people', as there is a large mountain chain that covers most of the north coast, except Galicia.
