Terraforming candidate in Deneb

Would it be possible to have a terraforming candidate in Deneb as well?

Like to even the field with the sol system?

Well, larger star means larger habitable zone.
And Deneb is huge.

Its not overpowered, because you can terraform it rather late in the game. Also Earth is always size 16, random homeworlds can be up to size 20.

Considering terraforming Mars takes Climate Restoration (i.e. being able to terraform Tomb Worlds) it's hard to call it an "overpowered" advantage when you won't be able to take advantage of it for nearly a century.
