Is this a bug or just simple coincidence? It's too pronunciated to be a coincidence IMO.
In my last two playthoughs I've come across a plethora of these, and mind you, this would not be a problem for me after all it's something I'd expect and like to find. But the way it happens makes me feel this is more like a scripted thing.. or an error of some kind.
I'm 100 years in, bloated empire with many systems but just one or two planets and then SHAZAM! You find the first terraforming candidate. After that they just keep poping up. And it's funny because they all appear on the same region of the galaxy, that cluster that no one can enter because of random placement of blockers.
I'm thinking this either is a scripted behaviour. Spamming would-be planets for the hungered player.. or maybe this is just the go-to annomaly, the one you end up getting after all others where spent?
That's 25 of those, not counting Mars.
So.. I'm the only one?
