Hello,
I terraformed a size 16 Arid World with 7 Energy, 1 Mining and 6 Farming Districts

Looks like the Geothermal Vents didn't got converted.
Is this intented or is this a bug?

It's a glitch with the new planetary feature system. Sometimes districts just disappear. I think it's a bug with removing tile blockers. Check it out. Before:

Planets have features that determine their districts. Each flavor of planet has its own feature list and only some of them can freely transfer between other planet types. It's pretty annoying because there's no obvious way to know what the heck is going to happen to your world after it terraforms.

Each planet type has it own unique features, when terraformed, features are removed, result less districts.
The worsen is, your new terraformed planets arent renewed, wont spawn new features, so, terraform always result you lost districts.

After Pop growth bottle neck, your endgame bottle neck is raw resources, and most valuable is minerals.
In the endgame, minerals is dire needs, except for Hive and Machine empire.
You tend to find minerals from 3 sources of endgame minerals
-Buy from market, have to wait awhile.
-Blackhole Matter Decompressor, have to wait more.
-Ringworld ? Minerals district are removed from Ringworld.
