Hello,

playing the scenario Floodland, I just got to a point were the scenario was basically won (escaped into the hills with a small but steadily growing town that made profit).

Sadly, I made a mistake while using the Terraform Tool to make place for a garbage yard. When leveling the terrain, my money was of course spent. While you can not use the Terraform Tool when you don't have enough money in the first place, the tool seems to have no problem with you going below 0$ while you are using it. Suddenly, while flattening the terrain and not checking on my money (low amount, but with a positive balance), it just went to -80$, triggering a losing condition of the scenario, which does not allow you to go below zero no matter what.

Suggestion: Please make the Terraform Tool stop working immediately just before your money reaches 1$. And plece change the losing condition of the scenario to a more forgiving amount of -1000$ or similar. For clumsy players like me, who don't save their progress as often as they should :)

Greetings
