"Terra Incognita in the Lobby" does not work

Hello. I have this problem: by selecting NO for "Terra Incognita in the Lobby" in Options window, the terra incognita is still not shown in Single Player mode, with all the DLCs installed and with any country I try to play. Does anyone know why? Thanks

If you want TI on in the lobby I think you need to set it to YES? It’s been forever since I finangled with that option though.

I tried to select both YES and NO and the result is always that the Terra Incognita is not visible.

I selected YES and restarted the game, but still nothing.

I'm pretty sure that YES in SP only affects your game and not the lobby.

Yes, but Terra Incognita is not visible even in SP if YES is chosen.

I realized I forgot to ask - are you using any MODs? (Especially ones that change the map)

It only works upon reloading a saved game. Are you trying to have TI on while you're on the country selection screen?

After several tests, with no mods installed, the problem continues to exist. I restarted the game several times with different countries after saving it, but the problem is still there.
