I'd like to remove all personal data and close my paradox account permanently. I understand the consequences of subsequent termination of services, which could go from something like "limited offline capability use of the digital product I own", to "inability to use them at all".

Looking at your privacy policy, especially section 20, "How to withdraw your consent or close down your account", it should be possible to "log into your Paradox Account at any time if you want to remove it [...] by clicking on: https://accounts.paradoxplaza.com".

However, I see no such option in the account panel to remove data and erase the account. In case I didn't miss any option because it is, in fact, not present, you might want to communicate this information to your legal department as your privacy policy is, well, inaccurate and misleading in the best case, and might have legal repercussion in the worst one.

Alternatively, I've taken the steps described under section 19 "How to enforce your rights" to demand data and account deletion under the GPDR directives.

You should file a support ticket with IT and they will begin the process on our end. See the link in my signature.
