Since capital buildings don't seem to change to their correct type anymore (when occupied by ME or changed to thrall/resort world, for instance), I decided to make a quick workaround until PDX fixes the problem. Do note that I really only made it for my own personal use, so I've only tested it on one thrall world thus far. Please tell me if it doesn't work for some specific conversion.
Adds a planetary decision which looks for the correct capital type and, if necessary, switches to it. Should be compatible with everything as far as I know, but do realize that I don't know everything.
Install by extracting to C:\Users\your_username_here\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod if you're on windows. If you're not on windows, extract to wherever your mods are.
EDIT: I forgot to mention, it should work just fine with existing saves.
EDIT 2: Another thing I forgot to mention is that it doesn't take population into account. It always selects the lowest level capital building above the colony ship shelter.
EDIT 3: Just found it messes up habitat capitals. Fixed that and started using version numbers. If gestalt empires have different habitat capitals, don't use this on those. It'll ruin them.
