but does it work if you already have a king title? I wanna try it when I play Jerusalem sometime.
I'm not sure. IIRC, if your king gets inherited by another king, your primary title changes to the other king's title, but I'm not sure if that is the case with KOs.

If an AI king inherits a player king (and the player can keep on playing -- same dynasty), the player keeps the old title.
The only times your title changes is if you inherit a bigger rank, or lose your title and are bumped down a rank.

So in that case, if you already have a king title, you should be able to pick up any of the KO titles as secondary titles and have the game still function normally.
