England immediately allied my neighbors and desires my lands. I allied France. France is attacked by Burgundy. France is attacked by England. France calls me to arms.
Well at least I'm not a co-belligerent.
I think this has more to do with my lack of experience with Ireland than with the negative points limitation.

Nice, was planning to do the Auld Alliance Reversed for a while now, well, the start is here:
Ireland conquered, then declared on England right as they where still fighting the War of Roses (they where just about to finish it) smashed their army right away (it was weakened and at my borders), they did have some nasty alliances (Austria, Aragon and Portugal), but I managed to get France/Castile on my side, so basicly France/Castile fought the allies of england while I smashed their armies and sieged all their land.
