My Granada Run:
I lost miserably in my first granada run. http://imgur.com/a/kFI1R I started out by allying morco and tlemclen, I then realized that allying france was very feasible due to them having a weak navy and I having a stronger one. I invested in lots of light ships hoping for more income, and I deleted my fort. Right before I was able to get in range for me to even think about allying france Castille declares war on me! I have only a measily army of 6 vs a surronding army of around 30k ( Castille called in portugal as well for some reason). I escaped with my army to morroco, and france started subsidizing me. However I could only recruit mercenaries on the other side of the strait due to morcoo taking ownership of the siege of the single portugese province. Just as I was losing all hope Aragon declares war on Castille. I take loans. A lot of them, raising as many mercs as I can. Then me, morroco, tlemcen try to reverse the war. We fail due to some unlucky rolls and castille switching focus from Aragon. I lose the war as I go bankrupt. Game is basically over. Morroco also peaced out with my army on their land so I had a 16k stack of mercs and since the straight was blockaded the only way I could get back to fight portugal and castille was all the way around mamluk, ottomons, hre, and france...

edit:
So I finally got around to play Brandenburg into Prussia (into Germany) and play all the way up to 1820. Had a rough patch around 1700 when my AE stacked up so high that I had to fight a not too small coalition war. Afterwards I was able to dismantle the empire, defeat Austria and France in seperate wars...and the I started steamrolling. I vassalized what was left of Austria, fed them back the provinces they lost to the Ottomans and and took a bit of Egypt (see Screenshots). Then I conquered some parts of the Lowlands from France and the last remaining German minors. And the final two wars were against Russia to expand a bit to the east...Thought it would look good to have Moscow under my control.
Somewhere in between I was able to conquer Denmark and the southern part of Sweden but I can't recall when that happende :)
Was a fun run, I always enjoy playing in the HRE cause it adds somewhat of a struggle to manage AE.

Aq Qoyunlu into Persia (probably need to culture-shift)

My Provence run
Due to the fact that restarting was not allowed, it was an unlucky run. I started with France, Brittany and Burgundy hostile.

The first thing I did was to ally Florence, Genua and Castile. Then, I declared on the Pope for Avignon, with Florence and Genua. We beated him, but he occupied Florence as well, so he peaced out with Florence. Nevertheless, we finished with humiliating him, freeing the Urbinans and retaking Avignon. To finish it, we decided to revoke the statute of appeal, so that anyone unjustfully treated by the clergy won't appeal to the perfidious and ready-to-be-reformed pope, but to His Most Christian Majesty King René.

Moreover, we had to decided to take all claims of our good King. That is, Aragon, Sicily, Naples, Jerusalem, Hungary and Albania. Therefore, we decided to hate Aragon, even though we couldn't rival him. France and Burgundy decided to war the Anglo-Austrian Alliance, beating them to smithereens. I allied Hungary in the mean time. However, since everyone loved Aragon, I couldn't find anyone willing to ally me and attack him as well. (my alliance with Florence had been disbanded by the Pope). While Portugal and Castile fought in Morocco, I waited. England was beaten, giving me no chance to attack while Austria, who allied Aragon as well, would not join him.

Then, the trouble started. France attacked Castile, calling me in, and my ally Genua against us. Then, Brittany and Burgundy attacked as well, coming for Maine. I lost disastrously, giving Barrois to France, Maine and Anjou to Brttany, and freeing Lorraine.
Since I'm now left as food to hostile France, I quitted.

Edit: Took me a while, but I finally got round to doing my Cusco->Inca run. I made a few cock-ups as far as picking allies went so it took me longer than I initially expected, but I managed to nibble my way to victory in the end!

Edit:
The year is 1469 and the Karaman run has gone well... secured alliance with Mamluks, Crimea and two other nations I can't name of the top of my head while having vassalized (through war) and diplo-annexed Dulkadir and despite the Mamluks guaranteeing the independence of Cyprus I was able to declare war and conquer the island when Mamluks had been busy in another war and had too few reasons to join. Though as of now I can't expand as the only route I have is blocked by both the Mamluks and the Ottoman Empire guaranteeing the independence of the horde east of me and I can't expand in any other direction realistically. I'm behind in tech due to crappy rulers but as of now I'm safe as the Ottomans have a regency. My current plan is to get Aristocracy idea for the hcc which will deter the Ottoman Empire somewhat... that and culture converting to Greek to make the provinces as unattractive for them as possible.
