I can not read technical support, why?

And i have some problems with multiplayer, i can not connect to any servers and i try port forwarding but it's not solve this.:sad:

You have to register Your game. On this forum: go to "my games". on the bottom choose Europa Universalis, and enter the serial code (can be found on steam, in library, on EU4 page
