Hi, just wondering if anyone knows how long tech support takes to reply and resolve tickets? I bought a game off the paradox website and I still haven't received a key so I submitted a ticket but its been almost a week where they've opened it and never replied.

I guess the answer is "it depends" we try to get to tickets immediately, but specific issues are dealt with by specific people whose availability can be patchy - at the moment we have the after-effects of the long Swedish July holidays, plus the preparations for Gamescon is consuming a lot of time.

That's no excuse of course, just a reason. What is your ticket number ?

I don't see any in the queue from that long ago, 24% of our tickets are getting answered within one hour.
Our goal is to have all tickets answered within 24 hours.

So I really apologize that you have not received an answer.
Please give me the ticket number and I will look into what went wrong with your ticket.

Since it was taking so long I've actually made 3 separate tickets which have been opened within an hour or two but no reply or update on the situation. But the first one I posted was ticket #37728. Thank you AndrewT and Castellon for your reply and support I greatly appreciate it.

That ticket was logged just this Tuesday ... on searching I see you've logged 3 tickets in 2 days!

Not sure whether the "72 hours" mentioned in the Webshop emails includes weekend days or not ... but you should certainly have got the codes by now at any rate. While I don't have Castellon's super powers, I'll see what I can do for you.

Hi guys, unsure if it's right to post here, but I have an issue.
I want to inform you, that the date of birth field of the new paradox account preferences is quite unuseable at the moment...
Maybe you want to consider a chance to a more simple field, instead of the selection popup where you're only able to step back one month at a time...
