So is tech support like dead or something. Because if you go to the thread no posts about problems by players are being addressed. I would very much like to know.

yea, every resource is now centered around HOI4 and it will stay like it for long time.
For at least the past 2 or so years, it only really had one person who regularly checked it, and that was Had a Dad.

I raised a support ticket for a HoI3 issue a few weeks ago and they helped me sort it. Maybe try that? The link is under 'support' at the top of the forum page.
