Tech Deployment-How long?

Hi- Playing DH Light, May '40, US. I just finished creating the P-38 escort fighter. How long does it take for this fighter to show up in the Air Wing part of planes to be built? I thought it would be the next day, but it has been a week and I still have no P-38s to build. Please advise. Thanks, Hugh Browne

Escort fighters in DH Light are represented as attachments to bombers and can be build from Brigade Attachment panel.
