Cool. I hope that victory parameters box will become more readable eventually, but looks nice!

Maybe it's the Axis and Allies geek in me (Economic victory, anyone?), but I love the idea of actually obtaining victory rather than just fighting on, pointlessly, until the end of the game.

looks great guys :)

except that Koln is cologne on the map :(, sniff

also is it too much to assume that you guys are doing a little bit of the old graphical editing on the aircraft sprites, from their absence in this shot? :D

Ah the long awaited Battle Scenario ... luvit

Hmm, what to make of this ...
An HQ divsion seems to be 50 in strength and have some combat stats ... I wonder if the FM-effect (+/- 15%) only works if a FM is assigned to a HQ ...
what is that little yellow icon attached to the HQ div ? An Artillery Brigade perhaps ? And "this unit has no mission assigned' for a land unit ? Interesting ...
Also a misterious "prioritised" button ...
And loads of new provinces ... Utrecht apparently, and Belgium seems to have gotten a bit of a special treatment ... smaller provinces than France or Germany ... I think I also see Aachen and Bastogne ... oh, and the Wilhemshaven (!) - typo's still there (and yes, I've looked it up in an English atlas)....

no info on what traits Ike's got ...

ok, back to 1.06c and Barbarossa ... :)
carry on the great work ...

Also: Looks like the land units have missions as well. :)

I hope it's more than Move, Blitz and Feint

My guess is that since this is a battle scenario all Allied forces are under Esienhowers command and so their national flags aren´t visible but rather a "Allied Army Flag" (?).

hey, thats one more province that they left in german, so im not complaing as far as thats concerned ;). [holds fingers crossed for Nürnberg]

about brigades though, something leads me to suspect that they are semi independent (gasp!). oh if only it were true ;). so i think that square on top of that truck is just part of the icon for an hq unit. maybe a motorized division has the same icon, but without that hq square

looks like they made a separate country tag for the us army forces in france. clever idear. notice that the eisenhower corps is supplied from Paris, not a port.

edit: also, the capital province is paris

The thing is that in German and in English the spelling is "Wilhelmshaven". I should know, I used to live in "Ostfriesland" (no jokes please ;) )

Ok, now where's that "complaining about provinces"-thread ? :D

I've noticed that it says "Allied Victory" and "German Victory", this leads me to believe that the troops in Eindhoven are in fact British (Market Garden) and that the green flag is just a generic Allied flag ...

Nice battle scenario!

hehe the Germans are still holding a port in France.

Hopefully the port of Antwerpen will be added. Belgium need at least one port. ;)
