I think there is something wrong with the way tax is calculated for me. So I have 7 holdings making 59.62 gold, but my monthly income is only 18.56. I didn't even count my vassal tax to me so is this right?

The 59.62 might be yearly tax. Divided by 12 and plus the tax from your vassals, it totals 18.56. Maybe, I'm not sure.

On the income tab, it shows yearly income, not monthly income. If you get 60 gold on the income tab, that means you get 60 a year, or 5 a month.

In vassal list you can see how mach Early tax each vassal pay you. So yes, you are getting 5 /mounth from personal holdings, the rest from vassals.
