Tax for holding holdings in anothers dejure?

Since CK3 wont support multiple lieges why not make it so that you have to pay tax for the holdings that belong to Anothers realm's dejure. If the tax is not paid the person holding that title have the right to go to war to take Control over the holding.

I don't think it's a bad idea per se, as it would hopefully force conflicts to happen, but I'm against it because it sounds like a potential quick fix that could discourage PDS from tackling the real issue here: introducing multiple liege-relations.

Maybe you should start writing a suggestion for such system.
