I just realised there was a province in south america called Sauce, there should be an achievment for colonizing it with a tartar culture. Or if anyone else has any better Sauce jokes?

I don't have any sauce jokes, but there should definitely be something related to the fact that the two provinces held by Ceylon are "Kotte and Candy" (say it out loud if you don't get it at first).

The thought of the acievement "Got the Candy; own or have subjects own every province that produces sugar as Ceylon" made me spit coffee from laughter in real life. You owe me a new cup of coffee.
