I'm surprised this wasn't included in the 1.30 patch, I can't be the only person who often wants to exclusively target HRE countries with improve relations. Please add.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
What would be even better is being able to send my diplomats to improve by culture group or religion e.g. improve with Germanic countries, or improve with Protestants. It would be amazing if I could set an upper limit, such as "don't improve past +50 opinion" etc.
