Hi,

I use a little app on my Android phone called Tapatalk to view these forums. It's a handy little thing, making the forums really easy to read and even easier to post to (which is sometimes a pain with mobile devices).

I stumbled upon it when I first tried to connect to the Paradoxplaza forums through my mobile and I received the message that "These forums are Android native and can be viewed through Tapatalk" (or something similiar).

However, ever since the server move yesterday I get the following when I try to use the Tapatalk logged in as myself:

"security error (user may not have permission to access this feature)"

Can anyone help me with this?

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but got no joy.

I've had this problem once or twice, but it just went away each time.

Not sure why it did that at all, so in that sense, this is a pretty useless post

I got the same error when viewing the latest post, favorites or PM. Not when surfing the forums.

I'm not able to post, only to read.

Actually, that's my exact problem - sorry wasn't very clear!

Iain Wilson and Gaute65, I have the same problem, and can not get in to the OT either, I have that as a favorite on Tapatalk.

I have tried to login on paradox with Tapatalk, it looks like it works, but I think it doesn't . We have the same access as a non registered user.
I don't use Tapatalk on other forums, so I don't know if it's a problem with Tapatalk or with Paradox forums.

Tapatalk works on other sites, I logged out and back in on Paradox, no dice, still no OT access. Never had a problem before, and as far as I know the Tapatalk app hasn't been updated, the only change I know of is Paradox's.

Just to say, I'm seeing this issue as well. I can't even find the subforums (fora?) I want in the list (Hearts of Iron 3 > HoI3 - User Modifications > The Historical Plausibility Project) - maybe that has something to do with it?

Mine isn't working at all either, a bit annoying considering I paid for Tapatalk and I can't use it

Please update the Tapatalk plugin for this forum, I have the same problem as the OP.

I am aware of this issue, and it will be fixed. It has to do with the server move. No ETA yet, sorry!

Thanks for the update! I too am having the same issue. I was so excited to get onto Paradox Forum on my iPhone...now back to using Safari......thank you very much for working to fix the issue!

If there's not going to be an update for the positive, at least there should be an update getting rid of the feature. I'm sad that I spent the money on the app just for these forums and it doesn't work. Sad panda.

I'm not saying there's not gonna be a positive update, just looking at the dates on the original posts doesn't make me encouraged.
