As many nations develop and build tanks but not directly have the ability to form tank divisions, shouldn´t there be a possiblity to see if spy target got any tanks built?

What, you mean tank brigades? I'm not sure, after all, in brigade form, while nice, they're hardly the terror on the battlefield that full divisions are.

In WWI, suffice to know that your enemy has these almost invincible tractor things at all, and you know you're in for a world of hurt.
They're not actually that good in this game. I know I prefer building artillery.
