Hello,
I was wondering if anybody could confirm whether this is intended or possibly a bug?
My ruler under tanistry succession law lost a war (internal revolt), and then more or less without warning, it switched to the new heir (who previously had the most votes for tanist). The previous ruler is not dead and is in my court.
My question is basically: Does tanistry force elections if you lose a war?
Thanks.
