As fan I say,
the multiplayer makes a game alive.
After hundreds of hours playing singleplayer, only multiplayer remains interesting.
Especially the next dlc, which makes the random world better, would be a nice feature for multiplayer matches.
But the big problem at this point, the stability of the multiplayer (still sucks).
Obstacle #1:
We all know the players who are lost in the chaos of the clausewitz engine, while the host has started the game and you wait for them to get into it, if you kick them while they aren't synchronized (often they never find to you), you lose the chat window. Who cares about communication. At least this problem appears less often since earlier times.
Obstacle #2:
Let the fun begin!
After making alliances, gaining the first claims and declaring war, the game goes oos and you need to restart the clausewitz space shuttle, just to realize, half of the players are lost in space then.
Obstacle #3:
Holy grandmother, everything worked!
For some reason (I don't know why), a player is now so heavily pissed that he begins to troll. Making vassals, declaring war to everything, taking loans, crying about his sad life.
After your savegame is scrapped, the grey kick boot would laugh at you, if he could.
As I know, paradox developers need concrete suggestions how to change the game:
1. Some multiplayer games are abled to fix the "out of sync" problem while the game is running and nobody needs to rejoin the match, cant you do this too? (By the way, hotjoined players go oos after some minutes)
2. Please enable the kick button for hosts in running games.
3. Quite another matter, it makes no sense that you can pick quality/quantity or offensive/defensive ideas at the same time.
Use the force paradox, europa universalis is a unique game. If I want to rule everything, I play a total war game.
