I've noticed, thanks to Aionion on the Steam forums, that Tal Kalessil does not appear in the units section of the editor. Despite owning his DLC. My guess is this is unintentional, and he was accidentally left out when DLC support was added to it.
 
... so, no comments, I see...

Is there a way to moddify his stats? He's way to weak for a supreme being, specially when playing impossible with everything going for the enemy.
 
A good tip for that if you want to make your own Capital unit (it's quite fun!) is to make the unit as you want it to be in the editor, and then go into the XML to manually change its type to Capital once you're happy with how it plays.
