I thinking: The IA, much case are very stupid...beacuse is not possibile Give the military control of Vassals/PU? This helping player with using ally/vassals unit (and this are very funny in multiplayer

Take vassals unit controls.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Vassals already have plenty of uses. There's hardly a reason to go "Give the player maintenance-free units". You keep the guy as a vassal, you deal with the consequences.
