i have this run pretty much wrapped up, but I just have a niggling border-gore annoyance...
i would like to give Bodony to my vassal Bulgaria, but it is controlled by my junior partner in PU Hungary...

anything I can do to transfer from PU junior to vassal?

edit: just thought about an option:
pissing them off enough to increase their liberty desire above 50%, then they rebel, then I fight a war to get them back in line, and take a province in that war?
