"Because I don't play bad games" should have been one of the options for why you're not interested in playing on mobiles
It should not. It gives literally 0 feedback information. What's important is why you consider these games bad and thus don't play them.

And hey, it does give some feedback, this 1 guy will never play a Paradox game on mobiles... ever!
One additional thing to consider might be the bad reputation one earns easily with mobile games. Mobile games are known to be shallow, moneygrabbing and to have a bad gamedesign in comparison to other platforms (pc, handheld console... ). Not that this has to be true for every mobile game, and not that everyone cares, but at least i would have been much more reluctant to buy paradox products with the DLC-model if i had known you are also into mobile games, as i would have concluded the DLCs would be the same kind of money-grabbing for nearly nothing that is common in mobile games. And while your DLCs are overpriced from a customers perspective (as steam-reviews may tell), they certainly have much more to offer then a new dress in a game you play 2hours and for one occassion in this game, or what else is done in mobile games.
I guess there is something nice with beeing able to play grandstrategy with a tablet while going by train, but that can be done with a laptop already. No need to invent the superior advanced touch-controls that would be necessary to have fun playing the games that paradox is known for.

I did the survey. I think the one thing they'll take away from it is I am a PC gamer, not a mobile gamer.

I already mentioned this in my response. But instead of actuall games for mobile, some companion apps could really add to some of the PC games.

Outside of hearthstone I have never played a mobile game where I went, "this is better than desktop gaming".
The problem with mobile is in every way it is subpar to a desktop. Except in mobility--and frankly if you cant exist in the world and go about your day without playing games until you get home--you're probably the kind of nerd with greasy black hair pimples everywhere and let's be honest, no friends.

The ONLY thing I can think of is using a mobile phone/tablet as a SUPPLEMENT while playing the game on a PC. Kinda like a second monitor which can be used to display messages and events or maybe a continuous text-log of things which happened around the world (or at least in countries you are interested in). Otherwise Paradox games are as "anti-mobile" as possible.
Frankly, I never understood the idea behind these "supplement apps". Why would I want to use my phone when playing on my PC?

It's easier to bring your phone / tablet to the toilet than your PC
! I also tend to use my iPad when I'm taking a bath (don't worry, I got a pouch for it!) and playing games there is very relaxing !
Can be convinient as separate screen with additional info like Pip-Boy for Fallout. But honestly I think it's a bad design of main app if it requires supplement app.

Maybe something of an adventure game in a stellaris setting?
or one of those time management games (like the mission board in DA:Inquisition for PC comparison or games like Merchant or Avengers Academy for Phone games)
but its dynamic CK style dyansties, make a character, send them on 10 minute missions to bring in taxes or raise prestige or piety or troop count or other points.
Then pick a potential spouse and send off on timed missions to impress and if youve got enough points marry, and then raise kids and get more characters to send off on timed missions.
With your characters constantly aging and getting closer to death.
HoI could be a bust, as there are way too many WW2 things already? But something EU could be fun, maybe sending out explorers and EU4 style diplomats and colonists on timed missions to provinces?
There could be lots of brilliant android games to spin off or tie into Paradox games
without having to be like, Grand Strategy or paradox like mechanics/gameplay, shrunk down to android size.
