Hello there! First i want to thank you for the greate game. For me AoW series is just the best mordern TBS .
Still i have some thoughts concerning Tactical Operations balance and Diplomacy.
1. TacOps. Main balancing instrument here is Tactical Points (TP) and there is some issues with several Tactical operations. Like Tactical Nuke (highest Explosive tech): 9 TP worth it is doing 25 termal damage in the epicenter and les on the edges (2 hexes radius) and blinding enemies. Good? Compare it to another highest weapon tech operation - Acid Rain: 5 bio damage and -1 armor each turn for 5 turns for EACH enemy! That is 9 TP worth TacOp! And Nuke is just bad joke. Same works for PyrX bomb: 30 termal damage with one turn delay is totally not worth 9 TP. My suggestions: for Nuke either increase damage twice and radius by 1 hex or reduce its cost to 5 TP at max; for PyrX bomb... well, it is so bad that i can suggest only to reduce its cost to 4 or totally rework its mechanics.
2. Diplomacy. Please give us ability to ask other AIs to stop war against another player/AI. It is strange that we can call them to war with others but can't ask them to "make love not war". That would be good for players who try to reach peaceful victory.
