Will my system enough to play this game?

CPU: I7 3770k, slightly OCed
RAM: 16gb DDR3 1667MHz
GPU: HD 6850 1GB
SSD 250GB

I can see that problem might be GPU cuz low VRAM and poor performance to get the game going 50+ fps cuz I tried Imperator Rome and can play it at least early game with no problem.
Maybe a little problem can be CPU later in the game.

Hope the optimization will be good.

Regarding GPU, there will almost certainly be ironman compatible mods akin to Fast Universalis that downgrade the graphics in exchange for performance for the sake of those with bad GPUs or integrated graphics.

I can play Imperator Rome with 40+ fps so I guess this game wont be much more demanding. And yeah, my gpu is a bottleneck.

You'll be able to run the game but be prepared for slow downs as your gpu doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

If you're looking for great FPS with all graphics maxed, you might want to consider a better GPU. But it will likely play fine at lower settings if you match the minimum requirements. Just a recommendation if anyone's buying a computer (especially a laptop) and plans to do heavy gaming with high-graphics games and wants to have the graphics maxed, you should avoid integrated graphics. Get an actual graphics card and you'll have a much better experience.

What kind of FPS do you get in Imperator? I:R and CKIII share the same minimum GPU requirement, so if it can run the former I suppose one can assume that it should be able to run the latter, but the GPU of your laptop is quite a bit below the minimum requirement.

Your GPU is roughly in between the GTX 460 and the GTX 1650 (Techpowerup's relative performance tab gives a similar response), so I guess you could look for the medium preset or equivalent settings?

19-20 FPS...

with Crusader kings II(with mod) i get 59-60 FPS
My laptop is guite old, was introduced in 2013

That won't necessarily be true, as CK3 has upgraded the graphics a bit, particularly where portraits are concerned (though we will be able to turn portrait animations off). But it sounds like you've decided on an upgrade, so all good!

I thought I might have trouble as my machine is a few years old but it hits minimum on all and almost at recommended everywhere.

I've got an AMD FX6100, 16gb Ram, and a GTX1050.

tbh, I've been thinking about upgrading the mobo and cpu for a while, but the bottleneck here again is going to be the GPU. I don't mind low gfx settings so its probably my lowest priority but I think there's some upgrading to be done eventually.
