Synthetic Dawn pre-order sanity check

Just to make sure this is not a bug:

I've preordered Synthetic Dawn on the Paradox webshop.
- Got the paypal mail saying payment was successful
- No mail from Paradox
- Nothing new in My Games (and by extension no Steam key)

Is this normal? Will the Dawn appear only in 2 weeks?

I pre-ordered the Bastards Wound expansion for Tyranny a couple weeks ago and got the key a couple of hours ago. I've also pre-ordered SD and don't have the key yet.

I also pre-ordered Bastard's Wound plus Synthetic Dawn and I got the key for the former a couple hours ago. Before that I got some email saying the keys were sold out or... something.

Unfortunately due to a high demand we have run out of product keys and can therefore not deliver yours right now. This will be resolved ASAP and you will automatically receive your key in another e-mail.

I preorderd Synthetic Dawn and also bought the Plantoids DLC from their website and didn't get a mail on either of them.
But at least the Plantoids DLC apears among my games ... sadly without a way to claim a steam key (the Activate Key-Button seems to be bugged nd gives me "Bad Key" when trying to use it)

My guess is, that their store at the moment is a little bit overwhelmed with the attention it gets due to the sales they have ... and they manually have to clear things out

I don't actually know when it is supposed to send out keys, but there are people in the dungeon (sales, support, etc), who will know and can answer if you drop in a support ticket.

I don't know what I'm more worried about, that Paradox Store managed to run out of (what I assume to be generate-able) keys a day after making the product avaible to pre-order, or that your sales department has a dungeon.

Dungeon thing is normal. My company also hosts Sales / Support in a dungeon with no windows. It's safer that way.

Same here, DLC keys typically arrive during the launch stream.

I got the reply from the (very fast) Paradox support and they confirm - DLC key will be available on the release day, not before.

However Andrew also confirmed the missing confirmations of the purchase were a bug that's being fixed. All is well in the world.

I didn't get a confirmation e-mail either. Are they going to resend the confirmation e-mail or are we just going to get the DLC key on launch?

"We are looking into it as we speak" is what @AndrewT said. I wouldn't worry - the payment went through and that's all that matters.

but that's what makes them useful locations to place those departments?
