Synthetic Dawn Forum Avatar?

So, I bought Synthetic Dawn (on the Paradox store) today with my paradox account. I have it activated on my connected steam account to these forums as well, but it's not giving me the option to use the avatars on the forums for it?

Not sure why, thanks for any help.

Forum Icon is also missing from our accounts by the way (as usual) doesn't seem to be showing up for any of us even when resyncing owned items but I see @TinyWiking is showing it off.
