First of all thank you for this great game! My suggestion is to have custom created empires automatically synchronized via steam cloud. Right now I just transfer the user_empire_designs.txt file from "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris" by myself between my devices.
