I made some basic Tutorials on my youtube page for some of the more common questions about basic functions of the game. Its not professional and still have a few things I don't get yet, but should help a few of the new guys trying out the game a little bit a least.

I will add some more or if you have some suggestions I will see what I can do when I have a little more time.

That's solid, dude. Thanks. A lot of people will have a much easier time getting a grasp on the game by glancing through these.

If I may make a couple of suggestions? The game volume when the music plays can drown you out pretty badly, but it wasn't so that I couldn't understand you. Secondly, could you label each link based on the topics you go through, so people can click the video for 'Designing Ships, Ship Production and Fleet Management'?

I didn't feel like making full screen. I wanted small videos for I did not spend a whole day uploading 3 gigs of videos. They work fine as is.

3 Gig?
Unlikely. Compress them. When I do a 20 Minute Video, they never go beyond 400MB.
And yes, it is actually important to have a good Quality for a Tutorial.

Ya but even a 100 meg video for me takes almost half hour. Just to much time for something that is really not that important. And all I have is windows movie maker.

Hmm, I don't get it.
You spent an hour or so in making some good videos, but the result is so bad, that you cannot even see the UI properly.
That ain't much of a help malkuth sorry. I am not intending to make you look bad, but even with WMM you can have much better results.
There is even a free version of WMVEncoder which can record high resolution videos of Games or Desktop Application.
No need to use crappy unpaid fraps . Fraps is only good when paid.
If I would be able to play, I really would help here and make some Videos of what I know. But I am crashing a lot.

well, I found them very helpful for getting into the game. I had figured out some of the stuff myself, but some menu options I simply overlooked.

So thanks for your work!

Now I only hope there will be a playable version in the near future. Right now the game just crashes constantly and the fleet builder is too buggy to be of any use...

Thanks for those. I liked when you were trying to guess the purpose of the various ship modules, because that is pretty much exactly how I had been feeling when I experimented!
