Forgive me if I missed a site - but cannot find where the details are of changes to the game included in the three expansions. Mine is a Steam game and DLC download if that is relevant.

there are no manuals per se. You would have to take a look at the developer diaries to see the specific changes.

Yeah, sadly Paradox does not update any manuals or tutorials once they have released the game.

There are no manuals, that said there's nothing stopping anyone on this forum writing a summary of what each dlc changes in a bit of detail and then it'll get sent to the FAQ forum (which you have access to since you have ck2 registered).

If you want to find out what the dlcs contain you co do the following:
Read the dev diaries (might take you a long time to get not much info though)
Read reviews
Or maybe there's some youtube videos giving an overview of what the dlcs are. For some reason everyone loves making youtube videos about things rather than it being available in text format nowadays.

Well when your first ck2 game as kingdom of england ends with all 3 of your sons attempting to murder you, half the dukes in your realm declaring independence and then the kingdom title being taken away by Norwegians I'm sure you might beg to differ.

the manual describes the game and its mechanics it doesn't bring really any help dealing with such ingame unique situation.
