Swiss 'german' version event speeches

One question about the version sold in Switzerland (which should not be affected by German censorship laws):
The FAQ said that the German version will also have altered event speeches, will those also be censored if I play it with German language settings in Switzerland or are there also uncensored German event texts in the files?
Which made me think, since the censored German version seems to be able to be switched to any other language, is there both, a censored and an uncensored version of the speeches for every supported language? If yes, then hats of to all the work they put into making this censorship mess work out fine for everybody.

Hmm, if thats the case I would understand it, our swiss market shouldn't be that big (though it is also austria I believe, but don't quote me on that) and the changes probably don't matter that much in actual play either way. Though then I dont understand how the german version can be changed to any other language without "breaking" the changes of the speeches.

Austria also has a law against unconstitutional symbols
