Part 7, Spring 2010
Experiencing pressure from all sides, Combined Syndicates of America were crumbling.
In Des Moines, SAS commandos which were in hunt for convoy with high CS officers, fell into an ambush which was set up by those who were considered a prey before.
Fortunately, NCR Rangers which were not very far from ambushed SAS unit, came quickly to aid distressed Canadian commandos.
Enemy convoy couldn't face both Canadian and New Californian elite. American unit retreated to the last stronghold of Combined Syndicates, the Minneapolis. However, the last major city in CS hands was under assault by Canadian armies which were entering the city after the bitter fights. Enemy unit that fell right into Canadian hands had to surrender, together with many high-ranking officers.
With Combined Syndicates losing ground in North America and with their highest leadership on the run, Canadians decided to push the captured highest military officers that were already tired of war to sign capitulation of their country. However, CS officials in underground and abroad announced CS capitulation invalid and wowed to continue the fight against reactionary occupiers. Guerilla war forced Canadians and their allies to maintain high level of military activity in territory of defeated CSA.
In West Africa, Liberty Coast wasn't able to stop enemy advance.
After the fall of Dakar, fate of Liberty Coast was more or less sailed. Enemies were advancing so quickly that organizing efficient defense was almost impossible. German authorities in Freistadt were asked for permission for Liberty Coast troops and citizens in general to retreat into this German-held West African territory. Evacuation trough the sea was impossible due to Syndicalist naval blockade.
The Great Teacher found herself under the siege in the capital of Urumqi. Fierce defense, lead by the Great Teacher herself, was eventually broken by overhelming UNA forces. Allied forces didn't make it on time to safe the heart of Shangqing Tianguo.
Indian republic launched major offensive to liberate occupied capital of New Delhi.
However, the worst happened. Internationale used offensive of republican India to trigger their own offensive. Troops of Indian republic were left into New Delhi after the heavy fighting, but armies of Internationale launched united offensive from all sides, including from the North and the West. Even retreating Millenarian armies took part in it. Most of the armies of the Republic of India found themselves surrounded in two pockets.
Both Australasians and Indonesians continued with their offensives in enemy territory.
European situation was more and more concerning.
When the German defense line in the West broke under heavy pressure, French offensive cut deep into German territory. European fortress was in panic.
